Rent Payment using Amex on housing.com

It seems like the Housing Cares response mentions that Amex payments are currently not available for the "Education" category but can still be processed under the "Painting & Repairs" category. Based on this, posting a community update to inform everyone about the temporary workaround would be helpful. You can clarify that until the Amex payment issue is resolved, they can make their payments under "Painting & Repairs" or use other cards.

We need to check charges and MRC code for this category will be same with rent and education or what don't know

I tried in painting category, and it worked for me.

For paint and repairs category charges are around 2.4 % .

Yes, was able to pay with Amex in P category.
