Rent transfer by mobile number through credit card

Hello,

I want to transfer rent through my mobile number (done through gpay now). My landlord hasnt provided bank details for bank transfer.

Which app could be used for paying through credit card? All the apps I searched want bank details for rent transfer. I found paytm having an option by mobile number.

If I pay the rent through Paytm by mobile number mode, will it be taken as wallet load transaction?

I have a HDFC Regalia First and Axis Select and guess they allow rent payment with a cap.

Please suggest.

This is "UPI Number", you can set your mobile number as a UPI number and transfer money/rent pay to your mobile number.

Payment mode: depends on rent payment 3rd party apps. Some apps like paytm give you option to pay via credit card.

If you pay rent through Paytm by mobile number mode, its still taken as rent payment transaction.

You can pay using upi id of ur owner on Magicbrick.
you need to upload rent agreement if paying using MB

You can pay using upi id of ur owner on Magicbrick.
you need to upload rent agreement if paying using MB

Check for landlord's GPay UPI. If the landlord has registered with BHIM separately, his UPI will be <phone_number>@upi.

Once you have any UPI Id, pay rent via CRED. CRED asks for either the UPI Id or bank details while paying rent.

P.S: CRED has a transaction fee of ₹300-400 for paying rent via credit card
