RentenPe - New Way to Pay Rent

Rentenpe is the new way to pay rents. Trying to build a rent score similar to credit score.

Pay rent through any credit card @0.32% only on RentenPe. Seems to be for a limited time. Better that RedGirraffe at the moment and allowing any bank. If you wish to my referral - DM for referral code. Additional discounts depending on the rental amount and period.

Personally made the first payment on 1st Jan and amount credited to landlord the same day.

MCC - Rent. Paid by SBI vistara and 199 charged

I paid my rent of Rs 60000 using rentenpe today with my Infinia card, the app and the experience seemed shady.
Still seeing so many positive reviews I paid. But my rent has not been credited to the landlord, I went to the support feature in the app, the feature DOES NOT WORK!

Even then I went to the website and then tried using the contact form, the send button DOES NOT WORK!

Worried about the money having been deducted from my card balance, I shot a mail to info@rentenpe.com, now awaiting a reply.

I will update on this thread further actions.

But if someone has gone through the same using rentenpe, can you share how long does the amount take to reflect in the landlord's account....
 
I paid my rent of Rs 60000 using rentenpe today with my Infinia card, the app and the experience seemed shady.

sometimes they donot share an update that rent has been paid to your landlord, check with him once. Also is there a big gap between your rent date and payment date? And lastly why infinia why?

i have been using rentenpay generally landlord gets the money same day, however since we are in festival season and bank holidays are there we may get a day or two delay, but dont worry they will get back.

i know, but it was not accepting my amex, indusind eazydiner and SBI air india cards, the payment was failing due to bank reason it said. Infinia was a last ditch effort

I have
HDFC - Infinia, Swiggy, Neu infinity
ICICI - EPM, Sapphiro
Amex - Travel plat, Gold
Indusind - Eazydiner
SBI - Air India
Axis - Atlas, Flipkart
RBL - BMS (closing in a couple of months)
Standard Chartered - Platinum (also closing)

Which of these cards do you recommend I use here?
 
Thank you for assuring, but the customer care number is not receiving calls (not connecting), emails are getting unanswered and also website contact form does not work - all point to a half baked product, potentially a scam.
I will wait a couple of days

Update. I got a mail yesterday (Sunday- 3 days after the payment date) and the rent was credited to the landlords account. This might have been a holiday issue, but the customer support was non existent, to my mails or calls.
I would still be vary.

Thanks for the update, I did a payment today and reached out to their customer support via phone number mentioned in the site. They did respond but asked me to wait until end of the day for the transaction to get updated to landlord. They were mentioning we would get UTR reference in our mail for the confirmation of credit, did you receive any such mail ? Or you were in touch with landlord for the confirmation.
