RentPay excluded from monthly milestone in Axis Magnus

Since, rentpay is excluded from axis magnus for monthly milestone.
How can we use Bharatnxt to achieve this?
Do we make rentpay transaction using Bharatnxt or just simply transfer money to landlord?
