Replaced SBI card marked as closed in CIBIL

I recently replaced my SBI credit card. Received a new card with new number. But Today when I checked my CIBIL report the card is marked as closed. I am not able to understand this. Is this normal or some mistake from SBI side?

normal and make sure new card opening date is same as old card opening date
