Request for possible solution of Amex rejections

I have applied yesterday for the MRCC card with but got rejected due to some internal policies related to cibil score as told by the customer service even after conditional approval. but from my end there isn’t a single red flag in any aspects in my cibil report. what should i do now? i had a good score of 770+

You can’t do anything until the cool down is over. I think it’s 3 or 6 months with Amex. Don’t remember which. Don’t apply before the cooldown as it will be an instant rejection and an unnecessary cibil hit.

When i first applied I was instantly rejected with no proper explanation. Second time was instantly approved with no verifications done.

Their process is strange to say the least.

Generally the cool down period is 3 months and I applied for after 5 months but still rejected.
