Required another SBI CC

I am in need for new SBI CC another variant earlier i had sbi simply click which i closed by fighting with customer care executive i have cashback cc also but now i am thinking to apply another variant..did it will make effect ? or my card will approve by normal process..any type of hassle ? because i have seen some issues it can create with new application,
heard about bank not giving credit card to customer who are not following following bank lead. P.S i had closed SBI SC due to non usage and when they charged money on simply click while giving rewards on instant cashback cases if anybody remembered.

Purpose is to get a second card for sale bbd etc and i am using fuel and train for transport too, for which now citi premium oil and normal indian oil does not provide enough to me, so i thought i apply for either irctc or BPCL sbi card but both are chargable basically my dileema.
