Devaluation Restrictions on wallet transaction made on IDFC CC

Hello TF Community,

Yesterday i try to do a transaction on my coupl wallet to just check out the application, I used IDFC cc for the transaction but instantly the card was declined and got a message on whatsapp.

"🚨 *Transaction Declined: Wallet limit exceeded!*

Your transaction of Rs.5112.10 was declined as you have crossed the monthly limit set by the bank for wallet transactions on your FIRST Millennia card ending with XXXX

📝 *Here is all you need to know:*

*Can I use my card for other transactions?*
👉🏻 Yes, you can still use your card for other transactions *except to load any wallet.*

*When can I use my card again to load wallet?*
👉🏻 You can use your card again *30 days after your last successful wallet transaction.*

Is it a possible devaluation or is it user specific?

Is there any limitations to other card variants or only for millennia?

Since wallet transaction has no rewards why are banks restricting us to use wallet?

Same here. I think they have set monthly limit on wallet load of 20-25k

Please don't use couple, I had a very bad experience with it, money was stucked for a month as they don't have funds in bbps.

I was just checking it out but yeah most probably will not use again.
