ab toh reward rate bhi gir gya hai, from 1.25% to 1%. Good for big insurance payments though, most cards don't give any rewards or have some cap. Simplyclick on the other hand don't have any restrictions.
so can we pay directly using simply click card and pay insurance amount through amazon pay and get rewards point? coz i want to use gift card for insurance payment only, which would be better amazon card or simply click for insurance payment and how to use that card directly or by gift card?

No. I was talking about paying directly. If you have big insurance payments to make, it is a better card. Amazon allows payments upto 1L only iirc. Both Amazon pay card and SBI simplyclick would fetch you 1% returns on insurance payments.

However curious warning from them (especially last line):
"5X Reward Points are applicable for all online spends made other than on exclusive partner brands and will be capped at 10,000 Reward Points per calendar month. Post that, every Rs.100 spent will accrue 1 Reward Point. However, identification of eligible & non-eligible transactions for the purpose of Rewards in certain cases shall be done by SBICPSL on a best effort basis."

Anyone know this ? That we cannot redeem reward points of Simply Click credit card to cash, only way is to go for vouchers and that too they are saying only two options 😭😭😭.

Get the Amazon Pay Voucher. It is cash equivalent. You can use it for almost everything.

AFAIK, Since many years like 5 to 6 years...
Redemption as cash available only on SimplySave, Prime, Elite and now since last year Cashback.
It's not a new thing and definitely 100% not changed recently, its been like this since many years with these cards.
FYI, Same case for redemption options (two or three max. nothing more).
And only thing recently changed was redemption value of amzn voucher, which earlier 0.25p and now 0.20p.
