Reward points for Loan closure?

I have outstanding principal amount of around 8 Lakhs. I was thinking to foreclosure of the car loan amount with my HDFC Infinia CC, will I receive reward points if I use my credit card? Please let me know thanks.

I would also like to know this. Is it possible to close a loan with credit card, say a home loan from ICICI bank where there is about 13 lakhs outstanding - can it be paid with Axis bank credit card and will it be eligible for RPs and milestone benefits?

It's not allowed and even if you try to do it, you have to rotate money, better to skip.

Yes you can do that
but since the principal amount of 8L can be given in emis [ loan emi cheaper than cc emi]
but for cc you pay complete 8L in one go [if you use emi in cc it will be higher than the emi of loan]
