reward points not credited credit card payment

i have paid my credit cards bills in December Month using HDFC platinum dc on Canara setu portal and till now no reward points/cash points got credited. Any idea why?

Canara Setu MCC is changed now.
It's of Departmental Store.
So, you will not get the RPs for the same using HDFC Platinum DC.

😱😱 OMG i didnt know this i have almost paid 60k bill last month. But i have received cash points till November?.

Yes, it was working till November.
Now use HDFC PLAT DC on SBI Unipay/Airtel only.

Important update:
1)Canara Setu has changed mcc and is now 6012, so will not get rewards on almost any debit cards (except sbi dc). Also, it is not accepting visa/ mastercard debit cards from 20th Feb.

1a) RBL signature + dc: Pay using Canara setu. 1% cashback for cc bill payment upto 1000rs pm. Extra 5,000 Rs voucher if spend of 5L or more in a year. Fees 5.9k issuance (get 5k voucher) and 1.8k annual (waived off on 3L spends). Can open multiple accounts with same pan to get...
