Reward points not credited for HDFC Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card

I stayed at ITC Narmada, Ahmedabad in first week of Dec, I used my HDFC Marriott Bonvoy credit card to settle bill , its been more than 3 weeks now , still reward points are not credited. I raised ticket with HDFC bank for this issue, but still there is no satisfactory response from their end. ITC Narmada comes under Marriott Bonvoy, so I am expecting 8 point per 150 INR spent. I booked this property through Club ITC using green points, and taxes I have paid using Marriot Bonvoy HDFC credit card. Can someone please help me understand why reward points are not yet credited?

Usually the points would first appear in the HDFC account during statement generation. It would take another few days to appear in Bonvoy account.

I got this confirmed. During application, we can mention existing Bonvoy #. If not, within 30 days after new # is generated, need to link
