Rewards card zero points even after 27 days

In Rewards card, For the purchases made under the 10X rewards eligible transactions, the total reward points (i.e. 1X + 9X points) will be credited on the settlement of the transaction

I have not received any reward points on Rewards card, not even the base 1X points nor 9X accelerated points for Department stores spends on 18 Sep and 28 Sep;
even after the transactions are settled, even after the bill is generated, even after 27 days

Do you check mcc code of your transaction?
Contact axis bank cc ask for mcc code if mcc code eligible you will get reward points

Yes since statement is already generated both transactions are showing as department Stores, so I should get the 10x points or 20/125

It showing department store but do you got same mcc code which is eligible for cashback?
Department store have various mcc code

Axis Rewards card -- I have not received a single reward point since 8 September, even after the statement is generated. now over 40 days have passed.
Not even received the welcome bonus 5000 points
