I am having a bit of an issue with ringke site and I'm not really sure how to proceed. I ordered a few cases off their site and during checkout on their site, they had already pre applied a coupon which made the amount to be around rs 3718, but when I actually went to pay on their razor pay portal, apparently the coupon wasn't applied anymore and the total came out to be rs 5266 and me being a dumbass didn't double check the price and paid it.
After a few days when I noticed the discrepancy in billing, I contacted their customer care on whatsapp (their only way of official communication), but they haven't responded even once.
I tried raising a dispute on razor pay on account of payment mismatch but they said they can't do anything and to raise a chargeback on the bank side.
And I did raise a chargeback request with hdfc and while they responded via email for more details, I didn't get anything else from them but my dispute is closed and it says to check email/phone for updates which again I haven't received any.
what can i do in this case? the seller isn't responding at all, their delivery came and I rejected it so it's going back to them, but again haven't received any updates on it and the only way I can even track the package is via delhivery tracking link
