Rupay BIN 6530 not eligible for any Hdfc discounts offer

Dear TF members,

Recently I noticed bin - 6530 HDFC Card not working with any merchant discounts like Amazon, flipkart & mi store I tried to approach merchant they mentioned issue from HDFC side & after approach to HDFC same reverse response please tell is there any way to fix following.

hope they can able to add bin
