Rupay e-gift card activation

I purchased 100 rupees rupay egift card from fave, they provide me a “link” , I have to generate my card number cvv by clicking on that link, but when I click on that link it show “ your card is not active”. I cant put my phone number to generate the card details. Help me, how to use that?
