RuPay launches lounge for Credit Card holders at Delhi Airport Terminal 3 (Domestic)

RuPay is serious about bringing more than one lounge in India, and this is perhaps a testbed to see the way forward for the network. It makes business sense as well. The costs of offering lounge access via your lounge are lower than paying a contracted lounge operator.
So, while you pay INR 2 towards authentication, that is not the amount payable for the lounge, which is why banks are brutal about cutting down lounge access. Now, this lounge has been opened to the public. A picture sent to me shows this lounge is exclusively for RuPay Credit Card holders and not accessible for those who have the RuPay Debit Cards.

Are you sure Rupay debit cards are excluded ?

That doesn't make sense as there're probably more rupay debit cards in circulation then credit cards, this would disenfranchise a lot of Rupay holders

As such if this lounge is supposed have tie up with Rupay network then individual banks shouldn't matter for access

It's an exclusive Rupay Credit Card-only lounge.

I visited the lounge today, Debit Cards are not allowed and the customers were redirected to Encalm Lounge.
Here is the link for eligible cards. I will be gathering more eligible cards from different sources. Kindly spread the word.

abb iske liye alag se rupay select credit card lena padega , may be i will go with sbi bpcl octane rupay, i think all the psu bank(except sbi) rupay platinum or rupay select credit cards will work

I shall be visiting this lounge next week. Planning to access it with Tata neu infinity rupay select cc. Hope there is no spending condition for lounge access with tata neu infinity.

Is this 24 hour lounge? I'll be accessing it after midnight. Although I have business class ticket, with the kind of reviews coming, I think I'll prefer this lounge rather than the crowded Encalm.

I used SBI Prime Rupay card and my wife used HDFC Tata Neu Infinity card. There are no spend based criteria for the Tata Neu card
