Rupay Select Debit Card (RSDC) Features and Benefits - Latest update (FY 2025-26) & Future Uncertainties - Discussion

As said before, banks have started devaluation / reevaluation their RSDC cards.
For example, see how PNB has changed.
Even though many threads exist on the same topic, those threads and posts are confusing. Hence, I created my own post so you can see the summary of changes.

Basically, there are four types of cards. Benefits are based on annual fees: 500, 600, 800, and 900.
NEO / RAKSHAK / SAMRIDDHI
EXCEL / GROWTH
OPTIMA / ADVANTAGE / RAKSHAK PENSIONERS

IMPERIAL / ELITE EXECUTIVE / POLICE RAKSHAK

Some important points.
1. Most of them have removed Uber. We have to check whether it gets updated on the Rupay redemption page or not.
2. NEO was their earlier version of RSDC. Now they have reduced the charges and eligibility.

| Eligibility: IMPERIAL: Salaried Individual, drawing a Monthly Gross Salary Above Rs. 1,50,000/- ELITE EXECUTIVE: All Individuals above 18 years of age maintaining Monthly Average Balance of Rs. 1,00,000/- Charges: Issue 600; AMC 900; Replacement 600. |

| Eligibility: For all the (Also include Police Rakshak and Rakshak Pensioner) serving personnels of Defence and related services with rank below Officer – Serving personnel of Indian Air Force, Indian Army & Indian Navy, BSF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, CRPF, Assam Rifles & NSG, CISF, CRPF, Research & Analysis Wing (RAW), Intelligence Bureau (IB), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Indian Coast Guard, Special forces at Central & State Level, NSG, SPG, NDRF, Firefighters. Charges: Issue 500; AMC 500; Replacement 500. |

| Eligibility: Farmers - As per National Policy for Farmers 2007, maintaining the minimum Half-Yealy Avg. Balance of Rs.25,000/-. Kisan Savings Account should be opened only for farmers. Age criteria: 18 years and above. The following Occupation categorization: - 1. Farmer, 2. Small Farmer, 3. Marginal Farmer, 4. Landless Labourer, 5. Agriculture & Allied Activities Charges: Issue 500; AMC 500; Replacement 500. |
