Rupay Select Invalid Code

I received some spa codes from RuPay Select. The spa tried all the codes and says all the codes are invalid. Has someone faced this issue before? Does RuPay customer care reissue new code within a day? Spa is not ready to provide a screenshot of the error. How does RuPay customer care get convinced about the error?
 
Its normal nowadays to receive invalid or used code. Just ask rupay customer care to reissue that code and they will provide you new code.

But, for Lakme I have never faced such issues. Cracking Lakme code is very difficult for hackers (unless they are leaked).

As of now, I have seen invalid codes only for Amazon Prime and Thyrocare, both easy to crack along with uber.

I think since last month, things are bit sorted. Probably they are cross checking before delivery.

I did not receive the codes immediately, but after 24 hours. The first email said I will receive the codes after 24 hours. So, if they were cross verifying, that failed too. The spa categorically says "invalid code". If it was hacked and used, it would have said "already redeemed"

Reply them in the same email in which u received the code as suggested by @panu24
 
Replied to rupay@golftripz.com (although it says Please do not reply to this mail as this is an automated mail service. 🤣) and also called them in the morning. On call, they just took the Booking ID and reissued a new code. No further questions asked. All done in two minutes. Looks like they are very well aware of the issues.
The reissued codes turned out to be valid.

When I dialed the number verbatim, it said invalid number. Then on closer look it seemed like a landline number, so I used the STD code format and dialed 040 4189 1419 and it got connected.
