Hello. As the title says, how can I transfer money to another Chinese individual? So basically, an online friend of mine is from mainland China and he has developed the frontend of a software for my distributed freelancing project. Now I need to pay him. He has informed me that he has only Alipay, WeChat Pay and as you all know, these Chinese apps are banned here in India. He is totally avoiding PayPal for his own reasons.
Please note that I will also completely avoid bank-to-bank transfer for some issues.
So how do I transfer the money online to him? Its not a huge amount, its merely 40-50 USD but I might need to send this once in every few months. Any registered apps that work in India that can be used to send money to China? Also note that I don't own a passport so if the application asks for only passport verification for identity proof, that it not gonna be possible too.
