Samsung axis infinite card got rejected

I applied online as my RM and credit card person said this only online application and cannot be applied offline and within minutes of submitting the application it got rejected.

The rejection does not specify any reason. Anyway to get the card or escalate to get approval?

I got my magnus on March 10th, I applied for Samsung infinite axis card this week and today got the update that it was rejected. I believe 5he reason is the 3 month cooldown. I thought it was over. Anyways Can I apply again?
