No idea. Nothing is there on website. Only opulence card holders can confirm if they received any such sms.

If they add value again, card can be reissued from "reissue blocked cards". Seems very unlikely.

Also this bank charges for yearly fee when you maintain the balance also, I raised the issue last month to customer care and bank. They still working on it until today not resolved. For deduction of charges no email no sms.
