I had made an amazon sale purchase using my SBI Air India Card in October. There was a discount on the website with my card. I was also credited the reward points for that amazon purchase (1300 points) in October. Now, in March statement, those points have been reversed.
I called customer care, they said that since there was an amazon discount the reward points are not applicable. But why is this happening after 5 months? Points were credited in October and reversed in March.
Anyone face a similar issue?
