SBI Asking 236 rs for welcome kit dilevery

I opened account with SBI around 1 month ago.
When I opened account my address was different from my current address.
The branch executive said I can receive welcome kit at branch.
Today When I went to get my chequebook at branch they said pay 118 as u r collecting from branch.
Also 118 for debit card totalling 236.
I can't pay such huge amounts you.

Pay both ... ask them to deduct from ac or ask for receipt.

Mail sbi bank grievance, report that you are charged double times for recovery of returned welcome kit package which consists both dc and chequebook at branch.

Even if you didn't get refund, complaint at rbi bo also ask 2500 as compensation. (Mention package returned as you are unavailable at the time of delivery period)

You got good opportunity, utilise it.
