Sbi bank - waaree eneriges ipo amt not released

I had applied for the waaree enerigies ipo but did not got alloted and still amount is not released.

I got mail saying intimation is sent to scan for unblocking but sbi has not yet released it

I had also sent remove hold account number to 9136123646 but it dint not work

I also sent mail to waaree.ipo@linkintime.co.in but got no reply

Can any one help on this
