SBI blocked my account without any intimation.

I have 3 SBI cards, SimplyClick, BPCL and Cashback card (Got last week). Last transaction I did on cashback card on 17-12-2022. But today evening when I was trying to login to SBI card app then it was asking to unblock the username. Then after adding primary card details and authenticating with OTP, account was unblocked.

Did it ever happened to any of you. I've been using SBI card for a year and this is the first time account got blocked.
