I missed the otp verification call as mentioned in the mail, then I called to cc and they are saying, the closure comment of SR no says offer applicable but they couldn't see the option for upgradation still in my card account.

Is this genuine? Experts pls help.

This is to bring to vour notice that i am proud customer of SBI Cards for last 12 years. Infact, SBI cards was my one of the first card. I have been using my SBI BPCL card for last 6 years. As part of our relationship, i would like to take the opportunity to humbly request you to please upgrade my current BPCL LTF card to BPCL Octane card without the annual fee for the same card as LTF.

This is will help me to take our credit history and relationship for long haul.

So it's a genuine request for LTF conversion of same card, if possible.
I shall be extremely thankful to you.

I am getting the same as you. If your payment declined even after prepayments. Disable Online and POS transaction first. Then enable it and don't do any changes in Billing Cycle limit. After this, payments will go through without any issues.
