The agents are very unprofessional in general. Scheduled document collection for 5 days daily and did not show up. Persistent calls. After taking the documents as well, showing unannounced at address for verification. Asking for bank statement because salary slip had few digits masked in account number (don't even know if its legal). We asked them to not proceed with the card.
