SBI Card charged an annual fee in spite of completing the milestone.

I have an SBI Card. In spite of spending a lot more than the minimum amount to waive annual fees, today they charged the annual fee. Will they reverse it on the next statement, or will this be corrected later in this statement? Or is this a serious issue that I have to lodge a complaint about?

it will get reversed just raise a request for reversal for records.
