SBI Card charged an annual fee in spite of completing the milestone.

I have an SBI Card. In spite of spending a lot more than the minimum amount to waive annual fees, today they charged the annual fee. Will they reverse it on the next statement, or will this be corrected later in this statement? Or is this a serious issue that I have to lodge a complaint about?

You should raise a complaint with the customer care by emailing or in their website or by calling them.

To answer your question, it will be reversed shortly. Wait around 7-10 days. You should have received an SMS about qualifying for the waiver.

No it dint in my case I was charged annual fee even I had spend more then 150k with simply click they told me to pay as of now u will get reversal in next month statement so paid waiting for reversal till 2nd jan they told me

Yes that's how it happens...it gets reversed in next month's statement

Btw I just got reversal I saw I got charged in last statement they told me to wait till 2nd jan but I got back in 15 days
