I requested for card closure in sbi card application. I have 2 EMIs still active. I paid the remaining amount. Should I request foreclosure of EMIs or it will be automatically closed?

First you have to request for pre closure even if you have funds, then you can request for card closure.

But sbi app is showing I paid all the amount. If I make a foreclosure request do I have to pay more.

It depends on remaining tenure and pre closure charges, Most probably you will get negative balance.
