SBI CARD milestone and Annual usage timeline issue

Hi Team,

I have been using my SBI Simply Click card and it's annual cycle is 1st August current year till 31st July next year.

But while calculating Milestone spends, they are calculating from April to April as I applied for Add-on Card on April this year and a replacement card I have received on April.
So my spends done from July 2023 till April 2024 is not considered.

What is the next steps as they are denying to share terms and conditions for all these things.

When you apply add-on in SBI or when you upgrade - that is the new date to calculate milestone spends.

And same communicated to you at the time of application, in T&Cs link. And you might got two new cards (one is primary + one is add-on) along with new entry in CIBIL where old account marked as closed but date of opening same as old one.
