SBI - Card not received but got the statement.

I had applied for SBI Vistara and as per the updates I have been receiving, the card has been dispatched but I have not received any tracking id.
The card is shown in my SBI app and I got a prompt to set the pin and I did it. Not sure if this was any prompt, next say a statement is generated with the annual fee amount.
I do remember a few posts where the card was received after a month or so.
Now I don't even know the card number to make a payment. Is there anyways to make a payment when you don't know this I also don't hold Bank account with SBI.
Is there any way to get the Virtual card? When I applied for Cashback card through the portal I had instantly received it. This time, application was made offline.

You have activated the card by setting the PIN.
You can pay the amount in the sbi card app itself.
No you can't get a virtual card now as you applied offline and not through sprint.

Any new update? Because my mom had applied offline via agent but she did get the VC link to activate and save card info... It was in June'22 although...
