SBI card over leverage issue

Hi,

I have applied for SBI Phonepe Black card and it got rejected citing internal policies. I have dropped an email to the team asking for the reason. They have mentioned the reason as overleverage and asked to share the payslips for the past 2 months with account number mentioned on the payslips. I have did that and have not received any response from them after that.

So, now my question is - did anyone get the response from them after submitting the payslips or is this just waste of time? Is there any chance for the approval of the card from here?

SBI cards offline application - applying by yourself & sending it to SBI cards office like HDFC Chennai method.


I recently emailed SBI card to issue me 2nd card & this was their reply:



We request you to visit our website www.sbicard.com. On the main page, please click on Cards for You and choose SBI Card of your choice, then click on Learn More. Post that click on Apply Now, it will take you to next page where you can provide the required personal information to apply for card.

We would request you to download the...

I cannot apply the card from SBI cards or anywhere except from PhonePe but it says rejected due to bank policies. So, no option of applying it again.

For everything it takes some sweet time to get back to you in SBI ..
So you need to wait for a few days / weeks lunch time…

So hang on there , hoping for the best and preparing for the worst…

Haha that's true!! But just trying to check if anyone got a positive result out of this situation or is a positive outcome from this position impossible?
