SBI CARD transaction dispute

Used octane credit card to purchase petrol of ₹505 at BPCL petrol pump (phonepe pos machine). POS machine showed transaction declined. Then received a sms from Sbicard that "transaction has been cancelled and refunded by the merchant". So, I tried again to purchase same amount of petrol by same method and this time transaction was successful.


But when I opened the sbi card app, it's showing three transactions of same amount (₹505).


Now, what to do?

In that case, dispute the transaction

Stop it. These trxns are "under settlement". Let them settle first. Have patience.

Do not worry. When the transactions get settled, you'll only have one debit transaction.

At first called merchant. He told that, those 2 transactions are on suspension and adviced to call the sbi customer care. Raised a complaint on call. Within 1 day the issue got resolved. Did not get any refund but 2 disputed transactions got vanished from my unbilled transactions even before getting settled.
