Now we can link our RuPay Network cards issued by SBI cards into UPI and make UPI payments seamless using credit limit

Even I want to convert my SBI BPCL platinum card from Visa to RuPay. The new RBI guidelines for choosing credit card network will also impact cards that are already issued or is it only for newly issued cards?
