SBI Casback card help

Hi folks! Got my SBI cashback card approved last week and it will be delivered by Monday.
Have few questions for this -

1. Utility payments - have gone through some threads and found that buying amazon GVs solves this.
2. NPS - it gives 1% cashback, any way to get more? Does it count in milestone for 2 lacs?
3. Rent payment - Any platform where the net is not negative?

Any other suggestions are also welcome.

I already have SimplyClick, will try to get that converted to LTF.

1. Don't know as of now,
2. 0% cb, still counted towards spend based annual fee waiver
3. 0% cb for Cashback Card, 1.25% cb for SimplyClick
