Hello everyone,

i am posting google sheet link for SBI Cashback Card where you can add merchant's name and percentage of cashback received, it will be useful for people who are doing transactions to avoid getting 0% cashback

Is it? I recently did a test transaction at Amazon with my swiggy card and the customer care informed that the MCC is 5947 which doesnt give any cashback for SBI CB.

Am i missing anything here?

They gave the CB yesterday.
Also add Dealzy site on the sheet.

yes, they (Swiggy HDFC) give 1% CB all days on the purchase of amazon gift cards on Amazon.

Just make a failed transaction and get the MCC for it. If that MCC isnt in the exclusion list, you will be 5% cb

How do you check mcc in sbi? Do I have to call and ask ?

I was talking about SBI CB card which gave me 5%CB on purchasing AGV from Amzn

Made a transaction but its until 8 pm so will call tomorrow. I tried with chat, but they cant see it.

Its shame that we can't see mcc in sms, it does say lufthansa and declined due to domestic online turn off.

Quick google search shows that lufthansa is categorized as airline -3008 which is eligible for cashback but I'll wait for email.

HSBC has the best customer care as they immediately can inform me about the MCC via chat option. SBI i tried 5 times and they were unable to see the MCC. Thankfully, they did inform me which transaction got how much cashback.

yes, IDFC shows immediately. But, I'm not sure if it shows for failed transactions as well.

Should be in your mobile app or online under unbilled. Along with merchant name

At least for his use case which is buying air tickets Lufthansa, i dont think he can do any small test transactions or can he?
