SBI CASHBACK CARD FOREX TRANSACTION ISSUE

Hi All,
Amazon prime membership in the US is 14.99 USD/month, I was charged this amount on my SBI CB card.

However, I decided I don't want prime and cancelled the subscription. They refunded the entire amount to me.

Now SBI has charged me with forex markup + gst. They have only reversed the 14.99USD and not the forex markup + gst. It has been almost 6 days now since this and no refund.

Do I have to pay the markup+gst even though my principle amount got refunded?
