SBI CASHBACK CARD: Got Less Cashback than what's mentioned

Earned ₹ 5k as Cashback in the last Statement Cycle but Cashback posted was ₹ 1367, way less.
Why is that the case?

This page in SBI cards app is always have issues with incorrect data when the statement is getting generated.

Wait for 2-3 days and see, check your unbilled-> in process transactions once.
