SBI customer care is useless, i wasted 40+ mins on call banging my head with them.. Strangely in the end a complaint on Twitter and voila all my questions got answered on call like a breeze from the Twitter team without any resistance! The guy was pretty patient and went over every transaction with me.. Hence seemingly Twitter is the way to go for SBI!!

I am ignoring the recharge transactions on Amazon and Jio. The amount 900 is buying amazon gv from Amazon. Is it in restricted category? I received only 527 as cashback.
Customer care denied to provide a transaction wise cashback list.
