help me understand how unbilled outstanding works in sbi statements
So i have a sbi cashback card and the statement was generated on 15th nov with the amount due as 1Lac, just after 2 days 5000 cashback was credited
Total outstanding at this moment is 95k and ubilled is 0
I ordered medicines worth 10k from 1mg, txn got setted and total outstanding is 105k and unbilled is 10k,500 rs cashback also got tracked
After 4 days, 1mg refunded 1000rs because of change in cost and my cashback is reduced by 50rs, all good until this point but my unbilled outstanding is still 10k when it should have been 9k(refund amount is settled), does it mean the refund amount was considered as payment and for the same reason the amount got deducted from total outstanding but not unbilled outstanding
Currently i couldn't find a way to refresh the current amount due using BBPS else it would have provided with me the answer i am looking for
