vKYC or physical KYC is done unless it's pre-approved.

To me they have immediately rejected the application saying - internal policies. First rejected in November then in Feb 23 too. Escalated the same to principal nodal officer but no response till now. Let's see what they reply.

But yes Holding SBI CC from Years.

No.. working in psu with 792 CIBIL

CIBIL hit as well. No point reapplying.

Yes. Same process, no change in the approach just because the applicant is an existing customer of SBI/SBI card.

Nothing requested in both of my cases. If required, they might visit your residence. Never heard of anyone from SBI checking for office details for cashback card.

It's all customer specific,
I had to do vKYC only & received physical card (No virtual card given, virtual card only for pre approved cards)
