SBI cashback credit card Not showing in Website/App Issue

I hold a SimplyClick SBI card from April 2022

Recently I am getting multiple calls for pre approved card offers from SBI team but I did not agree to apply on call.

I used Sprint SBI card process to apply for Cashback Card and I was eligible for instant process with double the limit of previous card. I completed online process and card is approved instantly , virtual card also generated Instantly, I also setup my card via link received on sms.

Now the problem starts, this new card is not available in my already registered SBI card login ID (not visible in SBI card website or app) even though both mobile number & email used in this new cashback card is exactly same as old one.

Anyone faced such issues with multiple sbi Card not accessible under same user ID and when I try to login with card number on website it is constantly asking me to register new username/login ID.

How to raise request to merge/link both cards under same Username/login ID?
 
everything is exactly same, not even a single mistake, receiving otps and alerts on both email and mobile number for both cards, able to do txns online/offline but each card is separate login from app or site, not linked with each other , also limits are different on both cards - complained to nodal officer still no response from their side from last 15-20 days
