SBI Card [SBI Cashback] Got 5% for AMAZON PAY STORES NEAR YOU Scan QR Payment

I used sbi cashback card in HP IT world offline shop in mall and made payment using amazon scan [AMAZON PAY STORES NEAR YOU]… for that I got instant 500rs discount, now txn settled Its showing earned 5% cb also , is this type of txns provides 5% ?

or they will adjust the CB after statement generation?

Amazon Pay India pvt ltd during payment time...
now after settlement it showing AMAZON PAY INDIA PVT L WWW.AMAZON.IN IN as merchant name.
