SBI Cashback on hospital bills?

Anyone used SBI Cashback card for paying offline hospital bill? Does SBI allows to give 1% cashback on paying such bill?
I used my Cashback card last week but did not get any cashback so its categories as 0% transaction.
Any experiences about this query?

I used direct hospital for which no cb I got
Just a trick I get bill and pay it in pharmacy swipe machine and getting 1% all time
Hospital where I use is a big chain multi specialty one where they have such options we can pay anywhere and show the bill

I have recd points each time in past.
Used HDFC DCB card, axis vistara card in past.
Multi chain or not. All hospitals or rather medical mcc for pos terminal is not exempted by any bank/card.
Its a high margin industry so your must be a sbi cashback specific case.

Additional info on my query: I paid on Paytm swipe machine using SBI Cashback and receipt showed acquiring bank is HDFC. I was also at some big chain multi specialty hospital. Transaction was settled with hospital name.

Axis Ace gives 2% CB on hospital bills and any pharmacy bills. Used many times and got the cashback.

Used my rbl card at max dehradun and got 1%.

Check the category in spend analyzer in sbicard app. If category is valid then raise a complaint to nodal officer.

Thank you all for your replies. I want to update here that I can see today cashback received. My transaction got settled before 48 hrs completed. I did transaction on 18th evening and saw it settled on 20th morning with no cashback. Today i see I got cashback credit for that transaction.
