SBI Cashback related issue when the limit was blocked

Hi,
My card was blocked by SBI due to suspicious activity. I reached out to customer care and they told me that it will be unblocked by 6th December. However, when they didn't block it and kept saying it will be unblocked in 2-3 days, I reached out to RBI and got my card unblocked. However, it was unblocked on 20th December whereas the statement generation date is 15th December.

The cashback was not posted for the account possibly due to the fact that the limit is blocked. Any advice on what can be done or will the cashback be posted?

Just write a complain to Nodal Officer then to RBI.
