SBI charged me 221.25Rs and RP is 0 for SimplyClick CC

Any refund/ reversal/ ineligible txns (cashback/ instant dis or others), for which Rps got credited earlier?

Seems so, SBI card has rectified it by forfeiting/ reversing such pts available and for bal, charged the CC A/c, as you had already redeemed the equivalent pts.

This is how they works.

SBI is meethi churi, they slice you slowly slowly. Just download last 6 month statement and check manually.

Else call customer care and they will tell you for what exactly transaction, points were forfeited.

You cannot get them back in case you are wondering.

Pata nahi aapko pata kaise nahi chala ye abhi tak, mentioned bhi hai may be t&cs wagerah mein if i remember well.

Sbi is notorious in forfeiting RP/cashback. No reward points/cashback applicable on instant discount. In Sep 2022 instant discount was applicable on cashback cards and received base cashback 5% too. But later they forfeited base cashback from cx account.

Similar thing happened with me in my December month statement. The gist is,

1) I had bought some products worth Rs 55,000 in Amazon GIF (October) for which I received Instant cashback as I used SimplyClick CC. I was credited with 5 RPs per 100. We can calculate the same for Rs.55,000 which is 2750 RPs.

2) Regarding the Statement Debit RP Forfeit on statement. How this works is, they first check if we have sufficient RPs as balance. I had only 700 RPs, so they debited all 700 RPs first. The balance is 2750-700 = 2050 RPs. Now for the remaining 2050 RPs, they calculate Rs.1 for 4 RPs. For 2050 RPs they debited Rs.512.5.

For those looking to understand why both their RPs (Reward Points) and money were debited, you can use this calculation to cross-verify.
