SBI charged me AMC for PMSBY which I never opted

I'm seeking help regarding an unauthorized deduction of Rs 20 from my several years old basic SBI account for the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) scheme. I never opted for this scheme, and the deduction is unauthorized.

SBI twitter is useless and asking me to file complaint via email.
I wrote a mail to contactcentre@sbi.co.in as follows :
1. Stop PMSBY scheme linked to my account
2. Reverse the charges of Rs 20
But they ignored the fact that it is fraud and told me to go to SBI Branch to stop further deductions and there is no mention of refund also. It's their scam and I need to go to branch. Jokers. May be they need RBI Bamb00

Now filed same complaint in https://crcf.bank.sbi/ccf. Its in pending.


Lastly its not about the money , it's all about the fraudulent transaction without customer consent.
Similar complaints are surfacing on social media, raising concerns about SBI's and Other PSB's customer consent and data protection practices for years. Looks like that's how govt banks are showing this schemes as huge success but actually it's fraud.

I am thinking to avoid going to branch.
I will follow : SBI CRCF level 1> LHO > Nodal> PNO > RBI.
wishing for the best that they will not refund till RBI Bamb00.
Is there any timeline/duration of waiting among raising this complaints?
 
Canara Bank is also doing the same with many customers and it's a fraudulent transaction. When reported, it is reversed back. What about customers who do not have mech knowledge.
 
Bob asked me if i want PMSBY or not while opening the account. I said why not it's only 20rs. You need to sign it if i remember correctly.
 
They subscribe customers without informing them during account opening, and they have made it so complicated to opt out. We need to write a letter to the branch manager. Why can’t they just provide an online option?
