I had applied for SBI Club Vistara Prime Credit Card on 15th of August and it got approved on 19th of August, however the card was never dispatched. I kept writing to customer service, which they kept closing and sending feedback emails without any proper response. Today I received a message stating that my card has been deactivated as I haven't used it since a month, while I have not received the card nor a link for the virtual card. I don't know how they can close it like that. Kindly guide me as to what can be done about this. @TechnoFino
